Manifestation isn’t magic
The New Moon in the sign of Cancer on June 25, 2025 served as a turning point for me. I don’t overly dedicate my life to honouring the moon cycles, although Yasmin Boland’s approach is quite powerful. I find myself too busy to rest enough to integrate this. Like many check-list complete-a-holics, I swear by my daily list of goals and set new ones as soon as they are done. I don’t breathe in between or let the 10 second dopamine high of accomplishment last any longer than that. Productivity is cherished in our society so this potential level of self-neglect looks good.
But what about: is this good for you?

In my endless wave of task making, I came to realize that some days (recurrently on Scorpio moon days) that my diligent focus was distracted by moody obsessions and suspicious bouts of distrust in my close relationships. The first couple of times I was too overwhelmed by those feelings to reflect on a pattern or probable cause for this perceived weakness — but when I started tracking these episodes with the cycles of the moon. I pulled out my Moonology book by Yasmin Boland to further inquire: were my moods projecting the intense energy of the transiting Scorpio moon?
ALIGN WITH THE MOON
Your lunar return
Alternately, each month you experience a “moon birthday”, also known as a Lunar Return. This is when the transiting moon has a brief stay in the sign your moon was at birth (this can be figured out in a Natal Chart Reading). Consequently, as a natal Capricorn moon, I realized that when the moon was in my sign, I felt more grounded and likely to focus on completing big financial tasks, reflecting on my career or setting timelines for my life’s foundational projects. That to me feels like home. If you wanted to find your astrology-based home and how to better plan around the auspicious dates revealed in this chart — the Monthly Lunation Transit Chart Readings I offer incorporate current day transits and the aspects they form to your natal moon.
On the other hand when the moon nested in Cancer (opposing my natal placement) I felt uncomfortable at the circumstances around me encouraging me to stop and rest. I would either get a cold or be put in some unavoidable physical predicament where there was no other option than to sit with my feelings — the dismissed and sensitive ones — and to nurture them. The easiest way for me was to journal or to simply write without prompts, without structure. Having my natal moon in the 3H of communication does in fact indicate an ease with expressing feelings this way, so why not embrace it?

HOW SANCTUARY STARTED
Laying the groundwork
Going back to this summer’s New Moon in Cancer, I had this sort of epiphany: I was laying on my pink yoga mat, pre-sunset on my balcony with my Gratitude journal in hand and nothing to say. So I read. I did the unthinkable and went back to the first entries of that journal dating back to early 2023 when I was fighting the original obstacles that supported my growth to where I aspired to be now. I cringed and judged and felt uneasy at the vulnerability I had displayed during less fortunate times of my life. But I stayed. I listened. And that’s where the magic all tied in: I noticed that everything I was previously complaining about were now the things I had escaped, and the impossible dreams had become daily normalities I now shrug off as my standard of living.

It was in the doing that my manifestations came true — in the continuous striving and checking in with myself and my goals, while tending to my needs in a personalized way.
No coaching 30-day program of Pilates to inspire discipline or daily EFT tapping to rewire my inner narrative or 20 minute silent mediations to practice mindfulness could have done it better for me, than what I actually did. I de-influenced my self-care practices and narrowed down a consistent plan and method that works for me. In this influencer day and age, I firmly believe that we have lost the general capacity to think for ourselves. We want to buy the glamorized lifestyle of someone who “made it” thinking that is the remedy to all of our exiled weak points that keep us stuck in the same loop.
That’s where the concept of “emotional resiliency” comes in with my Sanctuary mini-guides to manifestation. Asking yourself those practical yet hard questions with the support of Crystal energy and aligning your intentions with the Moon and its facilitating energies as well. If your goal is to seek better opportunities, those won’t come to you if you don’t believe you deserve better. That’s why I’ve initially started off with the Pyrite Manifestation guide — inspired by the security-seeking vibrations of the exalted Taurus Moon.

Manifestation is 90% of you laying the groundwork for the 10% of the serendipitous miracles to sweep you off your feet when you least expect it.
If this all resonates with your soul, here’s a short Reel on each Moon Sign and their emotional needs. It truly fulfills me to help connect people with their inner nurturer as that is the primary pillar to improving your daily quality of life: and that is priceless to me.
Lots of love,

FAQs
Q: In which sign does the Moon have the strongest and most positive position?
A: The Moon is at home in its rulership sign of Cancer which embodies its primary qualities, but it is exalted (in its peak qualities of emotional receptivity, security and comfortable nurturing) in the sign of Taurus.
I do believe that the culmination of the New Moon in Cancer on June 25, 2025 and the Full Supermoon in Taurus on November 5, 2025 have served as two energetic catalysts towards building the “Sanctuary” concept as a proactive guide to simplifying your choices by highlighting your essential needs.
