What’s all the rave?

What is manifestation? The essence of this practice is as simple as transforming an idea, a dream or a desire into a tangible item of your reality. What it is not: making a wish on a star and hoping that somewhere or somehow and without any effort it will come true. That is the shadow-side of the delusion associated with manifestation i.e ignoring the fact that your energy must match the frequency of the version of you that has the very thing you want.

This whole process starts with intention: “today I’ve decided to change my life”. It can be as small as re-wiring your brain into consistency by creating the habit of drinking a glass of chia water every morning. What it is: aligning your will with your thoughts that shape your perception of the world around you and of your expectations, to then train yourself into taking the inspired actions needed to bring you into the space where those goals will be achieved.

What do “manifestation portals” have to do with any of this?

If you follow astrology and the celestial trends that facilitate certain energies more than others, there are days where the aspects between beneficial planets will make it easier to feel motivated to take these positive first steps.

Each year, we do experience a consistent manifestation portal called the “Lion’s gate portal”. The Lion's gate portal is when the Earth aligns with our spiritual Sun "Sirius" and this happens yearly around or on August 8.

This allows for the opportunity to channel your Higher Self (through Sirius’ correspondence) to help upgrade your current Ego-led self (represented typically by the Sun).

Monthly we also have the opportunity of a manifestation portal, also known as the New Moon. Emotionally this serves as a great energetic reset. Imagine how powerful it is that you get to let go of everything that didn’t work out the month prior and to choose again. Bad experiences don’t need to taint your inner narrative. They can just be bad moments in an otherwise happy life.

New Moon energy

New Moons are synonymous with new beginnings. They occur once every Lunation, when the Moon is at age 29 to 1.5 days (1% to < 5%) out of its 29.5 day cyclical span. This is a time to set new intentions and to plant the seeds for Manifestations to come by making sure that everything that no longer is of service is released, and that thoughts, emotions and actions are all aligned with our wishful vision board. 

The best way to make sure that your intentions are heard by the Universe is to mirror your inner wishes with rituals that highlight each aspect of those dreams with elements of the Earth. Why? Because giving physical form to your ideas programs your mind into seeing it as a real possibility. You may use candles for fire, words or petitions for air, fluids or oils for water and herbs, crystals or important objects for earth. Activating all four elements brings awareness to all of your senses and perhaps to the different spheres of effort you will have to nurture while your manifestation unfolds.

MALACHITE ACTIVATES LUCK

A seamless transformation

If you’ve made it this far, trusting that astrology can be insightful in the influence of things is only half the work. Crystals, such as Quartz are also energetic influences. Quartz oscillates within its crystal structure at a frequency of 32,768 Hz/ or vibrations per second (it’s used to power watches too)! If this is possible, then crystals interacting with your auric body is as well.

If Quartz is known to be an amplifier, Malachite is a powerful activator of the Heart Chakra. This center is the bridge between the physical and the spiritual Chakras. A bridge is a transition — a journey from one place to the next. Malachite is that transformation: from a place of fear and scarcity to a place of rich love.

Malachite transforms stagnancy into abundance and limits into luck.

And here is where the magic starts. If you commit to this incredible journey, then you won’t even notice the transformation happening. Very soon the world will notice your newfound inner glow and those same opportunities that once felt impossible will come knocking at your door. For the record, Malachite does contain high levels of Copper, but you would have to crush it into a powder and eat it or inhale it for it to really harm you. So as long as you don’t consume it or rub it into an open wound, you’ll be fine to collect rough pieces too.

Malachite’s metaphysical properties

Commonly found near copper-ore rich lands, such as the Congo, Malachite is the oxidized evolution of Azurite (a potent Third Eye opening stone, associated with the philosophical attributes of Sagittarius). This stone not only stimulates the intuitive mind, but it brings down those visionary vibrations into the Heart Chakra, thus embodying the transformative qualities of Scorpio with the heartfelt depth of the sign of Cancer or even the abundant appreciation of the Earth that Taurus is known to ground itself in.

Q: When is the last time your manifestations came true?

A: My biggest breakthrough moment was last year’s Lion’s gate portal ritual I did. I knew I wanted to experience lots of changes in the coming year and I was ready for it. Some parts were uncomfortable and other wishes required lots of discipline, but everything I asked for last year AND MORE came true by the same date the following year — and I didn’t have to settle for anything less.
